What Is Rule 34 In FNAF Security Breach?
Rule 34 is something that applies to everything from video games to movies to TV characters. It is an infamous internet rule that states “If it exists, there is p**n of it. No exceptions.” According to this rule, every content that has ever been created has an adult, 18+ version of it on the internet. In the case of FNAF Security Breach, Rule 34 has been implied to the game’s character Moon. What this means is that some fans created content around the Moon character that is adulterous in nature. This is not the first time such a thing has happened. Just as Rule 34 states, there is explicit content surrounding almost every original creation on the internet. While developers mostly ignore the existence of Rule 34 content, there are a few instances where accounts have been banned. Fall Guys is the best example of this where the game developers banned accounts that DM’d Rule 34 content to them.
Should Rule 34 Content Be Shared?
Rule 34 content is controversial at best and downright harmful at worst. Though many players cite freedom of expression to defend Rule 34, there is a big issue that is being overlooked. FNAF Security Breach is rated T and a lot of the Rule 34 content would be inappropriate for minor players. Curiosity about the rule or just generally browsing through the community could expose them to material unsuitable for their age. We should be conscious of this fact while thinking of sharing Rule 34 material. Like we said before FNAF Security Breach isn’t the only game with salacious content. Fortnite also has its share of Rule 34 material.
