In an exciting match, Stalwart got the win with 14 finishes. Eliminating Nova Esports proved to be returning point for the team. NGX bagged second place in the match. Indian representative Godlike ran into trouble early in the match when they lost Clutchgod and Zgod. Neyoooo was the last man standing for the team but even he couldn’t turn the tide for Godlike and they ended up in the 11th position in this match with 2 finishes.

Winner: Alpha 7

Alpha 7 got their first chicken dinner in PMGC 2021 Grand Finals Day 1. NGX let victory slip away in a touch and go match and stayed in second place. Godlike did not work up from their last match as they were eliminated in 14th position with a single point in the match. Indian fans would be hoping for better luck to their team in the next match. The next match takes place in Sanhok.

Winner: NGX

After consistent performances in the last two matches, NGX finally bagged the win in Sanhok. NGX presented a workshop in consistency with their performance today. Indian representatives Godlike improved upon their performance by quite a lot in this match. They were eliminated in the eighth position and got four kills in the bag. The next match takes place in Erangel.

Match 4: Erangel

Winner: NRX

In a stunning turn of events, NRX bagged their first win for the day. The team made quite a comeback after being in an unbalanced fight. Godlike seemed to have the hang of things for a while when they eliminated two different squads and got 4 finishes. However, the game got away from them when they lost Neyooooo. The team was stuck outside the zone and the remaining Godlike players decided to swim for it on the northern side of Rozhok. Jonathan was the sole survivor but he was quickly taken down by Stalwart. Godlike took the 10th spot in the match. Miramar is the location for the next match.

Winner: NAVI

Out of the left-field, NAVI has arisen victorious. Their performance in the last match was not promising as they finished 15th but they made a heroic comeback to claim the chicken dinner. Godlike had a bad time in the match. They become the first team to be eliminated. However, they did manage to bag two kills of Stalwart Esports. The final match for PMGC 2021 Grand Finals Day 1 would take place in the fan favorite Erangel.

Winner: Furious Gaming Nova, D’Xavier and Fenerbache fought it out to claim the last victory of PMGC 2021 Grand Finals Day 1. However, Furious Gaming ended up stealing the show as they claimed their first chicken dinner of PMGC 2001. Godlike had a strong start in the game but could not maintain the aggressive momentum. A wrong move from Zgod left Neyoooo as the last man standing.
